CareerSmartz is a free career guidance program developed by James C. Gonyea with assistance from Larry Goldsmith - two nationally recognized experts and leaders in the field of career development.

The birth of CareerSmartz grows out of our frustration with the fact that many people are unable to obtain affordable professional career guidance thereby limiting their career enjoyment and success.

We hope to change this!

The goal of CareerSmartz is to guide both students and adults in achieving higher levels of career enjoyment, success, and personal rewards - and to do this free of charge.

To achieve our goal, a series of free step-by-step Guides are available to help you successfully complete the important decisions and tasks necessary for a successful career.

In addition to offering free guides, we offer two paid services - (a) private guidance for individuals who wish to receive assistance with their career development, and (b) professional training for individuals, schools, and organizations wishing to adopt the CareerSmartz program.
