If you're trying to select a career direction (occupation) either as your first choice after graduation, or as a mid-life career change, you've come to the right place.

In this section you will find a step-by-step Guide - developed over decades of experience with thousands of users - for selecting an occupation that matches your Interests, Skills, Values, and Occupational Preferences.

The Guide comes in two versions:

• Non AI Assisted - a traditional format where you complete the steps in the Guide to discover the occupation that's right for you.

• AI Assisted - where you use the power of AI (Artificial Intelligence) to help you complete each step in the Guide.

Both versions follow the same steps for selecting a career direction.  However, with the AI version, you gain access to a higher level of information and advice to guide you in completing each step.

If you're a traditionalist and prefer old school approaches to life, then the Non AI Assisted option may be best for you.  However, if you're into today's high-tech world, then the AI Assisted option is ideal for you.

That being said, feel free to use either or both options!
