Introducing the AI-Powered Career Selection Service - the next generation of career guidance - combining a proven strategy used by thousands of individuals over 50 years with the unmatched analytical power of AI.

Most traditonal assessment programs only evaluate your interests and - maybe - your skills.  Our cutting-edge program measures up to 3 of each of the following:  Interests, Skills, Values, and Behavioral Traits  plus 3 preferred work locations.  Together these 15 selections form your career selection criteria ensuring we match the whole you to the right occupations.

• Step 1 - You review four list of criteria and select the items that best describe you.  Then forward your selections to us.

• Step 2 - We harness the power of AI to compare your criteria to 1000+ occupations to find the best matches.

• Step 3 - You receive a detailed, comprehensive report listing the best-matching occupations and guidance to help you pick the right career to pursue.

• A list of occupations that best match your criteria selections.

• Data showing how each occupation matches each of your criteria to easily spot the best matches.

• Detailed profiles on each career (duties, qualifications, salary, training, etc.) to fully understand your options.

• Labor Market data showing the employment prospect for each occupation at each of your preferred work locations.

An opportunity to chat online with the author of the program - James C. Gonyea, Career Development Strategist - to discuss your report and career needs and aspirations.  Mr. Gonyea is nationally recognized as a leading expert in career development and success.  Click here to view his bio.
